The Stefanini Junior Team Strikes Gold
The Stefanini Junior Team won on May 28 1st prize in the international contest American Computer Science League (ACSL)
“Stefanini team” backed by the software division of Stefanini IT Solutions (formerly TechTeam Akela) achieved the highest score in the entire contest and ranked first in the Intermediate section with a total of 109 points out of 110, in the competition that took place in New Heave, US. The “Stefanini team” is composed of young informaticians from "Grigore Moisil" Highshool in Brasov and is coordinated by professor Manuela Serban. The students had been preparing for this challenge since fall 2010 and passed 4 preliminary tests prior to the final competition.
Stefanini Romania has a long term strategy in attracting and retaining talents within the company and will continue to organize such events; the next one will consist in offering internships for university and high school students, giving them the chance to work on real projects together with Stefanini experts.

For over 30 years, ACSL has been organising international contest for intermediate and high school students, thi year Stefanini team entered the comtetition along with other 200 team from Canada, Sua and Europe.
